At Oori, we take pride in delivering premium handcrafted wooden earrings. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery

We do NOT accept returns for:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Minor color variations due to screen differences
  • Slight handcrafted variations
  • Discounted or sale items
  • Used earrings (for hygiene reasons)

2. Mandatory Proof for Damage Claims

To request a return, you must:

  • Email us at contact@oori.store
  • Share your order number
  • Provide a clear unboxing video (mandatory for damage claims)
  • Share clear product photos

Without a proper unboxing video, damage claims may not be accepted.

Oori reserves the right to approve or reject any return request after reviewing submitted proof.

3. Return Shipping Responsibility

If your return is approved:

  • Oori will only provide the return address.
  • The customer must arrange their own courier or return partner.
  • The customer must bear the full return shipping cost.
  • Oori is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

We recommend using a trackable courier service.

4. Refund Policy

If your return is approved and the product passes inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping charges are non-refundable.

If applicable (COD orders), refund will be processed via bank transfer.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return the product (after approval) and place a new order separately.

7. Fraud Prevention & Policy Misuse

Oori reserves the right to:

  • Reject fraudulent or suspicious claims
  • Refuse repeated abusive return requests
  • Take appropriate action in case of policy misuse

8. Final Decision

All return approvals are at the sole discretion of Oori. Oori’s decision regarding refunds or replacements shall be final and binding.
