At Oori, we aim to deliver your handcrafted wooden earrings safely and efficiently across India. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed on Sundays or public holidays.
  • Processing time may extend during sales or high-demand periods.

Oori reserves the right to delay shipment due to operational or external factors beyond our control.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship across Pan India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is offered on orders above a specified minimum purchase amount (as displayed at checkout).
  • For orders below that amount, standard shipping charges may apply.
  • Shipping costs may already be factored into product pricing where applicable.

Shipping charges, once paid, are non-refundable.

4. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days after dispatch.
  • Remote areas may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Oori is not responsible for courier delays once the order has been dispatched.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD may be available on selected orders.
  • Oori reserves the right to disable COD for certain PIN codes or orders.
  • Customers must ensure availability to accept COD deliveries.
  • Refusal to accept COD orders may result in restrictions on future COD eligibility.

6. Order Tracking

Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once the order is dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

If a customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Oori is not responsible for delivery failure.
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
  • Refunds will not include shipping costs.

8. Failed Delivery & Refused Orders

If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, refusal, or incorrect address:

  • The package may be returned to us.
  • Re-shipping charges must be paid by the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

9. Damaged Package During Transit

If the outer package appears damaged:

  • Record a proper unboxing video immediately.
  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims without a clear unboxing video may not be accepted.

10. Force Majeure

Oori shall not be liable for delays caused by natural disasters, government restrictions, courier disruptions, or any event beyond our reasonable control.

11. Policy Updates

Oori reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. All shipping-related decisions are at the sole discretion of Oori.
